• Does Web Governance offer the opportunity for users to issue a ticket or several tickets in Jira and assign them to one team or person?

Answer
Unfortunately, no. Web Governance has a separate issue view in Jira. Please create the issue in Intercom. It is possible for Web Governance to add a link from an Intercom issue (or several issues) onto the Web Governance Jira board.
