How do I use PageCorrect?

PageCorrect helps non-technical users address issues directly through the Web Governance platform. To use PageCorrect, you do not need to log in to your CMS or access the website HTML code.

PageCorrect can fix the following issues and errors:

• Web accessibility issues such as missing alt attributes and improperly used HTML header elements
• Quality assurance errors such as broken links, broken images, and misspellings

With PageCorrect, you can maintain your site with an immediate response to errors without the need to manually find and fix them in your CMS.

• Achieve WCAG compliance
• Customize your own rules for web content
• Update specific text used across your website in bulk

How PageCorrect works?

The PageCorrect add-on must be a part of your service offering and the script must be added to activate it. PageCorrect allows non-technical users to apply a temporary fix. The fix is done with a JavaScript overlay. For a permanent solution, the issue must be fixed permanently within the CMS or HTML code for the website by your web team.

Request a permanent fix

To fix an issue with PageCorrect, provide the following information about the issue to your web team:

• Location and nature of the issue
• Corrected information
• Additional relevant details about the issue
