Add a new continuous delivery environment to an application by the application UUID.

Arguments
applicationUuid
Required
The entity's universally unique identifier. You may also use an application alias or omit the argument if you run the command in a linked directory.
label
Required
The new environment label.
branch
Required
The name of the branch or tag that the continuous delivery environment will have.
databases
Required
An array containing the names of the databases to add to the continuous delivery environment.
