- Change Cloud Platform user interface and Cloud Platform API will now return a more appropriate error message when there’s a problem retrieving usage metrics.
- Change Node.js versions were updated to their latest releases: 6.17.1, 8.17.0, and 10.22.1. The Cloud Platform user interface now displays Node.js versions 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 as major (first digit) only, so that we can provide security updates easily. Node.js minor updates are backwards compatible. Acquia recommends you to switch to versions 10, 12, or 14 as the support for 6 and 8 has ended last year, and they are not maintained anymore. For information on changing the Node.js version for your site, see Configuring Node.js version on an environment.
- Change Some CNAMEs on the Cloud Platform edge layer have been updated with new ‘dualstack’ endpoints to provide both IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility moving forward.
- Fix Users were unable to move databases from CD environments to standard workflow environments.
- Change You can’t delete a custom role on the Cloud Platform when an invite for that role is pending. The invite must be removed before the role can be deleted.
- Change The following software included in the Cloud Platform are now available for PHP 7.4: FreeType, jpeg / libjpeg, ssh2, webp, xpm / libxpm.
- Change The option to select PHP 7.2 is no longer available in the environment configuration panel on the Cloud Platform user interface. The default PHP version is now 7.3.
- Change Site Factory subscribers can now rename their Site Factory Applications on the Cloud Platform user interface. Note that this will not change the name of that Site Factory Application on the Site Factory user interface.
- Change New Relic now supports PHP 7.4.
- Feature The PHP extension for LDAP is now available for use with Cloud Platform containers.
- Fix For Cloud Platform subscribers with consumption-based pricing, the date picker on the Subscriptions page was not working properly.
- Fix The Cloud Platform user interface didn’t show the list of scheduled jobs in alphabetical order. This is fixed and the list of scheduled jobs is now displayed in alphabetical order.
- Fix Acquia Cloud Professional subscribers were getting an error while trying to activate a new SSL certificate when a current certificate was present on the Cloud Platform. This is fixed and the first certificate is now automatically disabled, when a second SSL certificate is enabled.
- Change Cloud Platform applications have been updated to remove TLS 1.1, which has reached end-of-life. TLS 1.2 is now the default on all environments.
- Fix The link to claim a New Relic account on an environment’s configuration page was displaying a
404 Not Found status. For information on configuring New Relic performance monitoring for an environment, see Claiming your New Relic APM Pro account.
