Web Elastic IP addresses
When Frontend Hosting Advanced applications need to communicate with remote services that require connections from static and known IP addresses, Acquia can provision Web Elastic IP addresses (Web EIPs) for application environments.
By default, IP addresses associated with Cloud Next infrastructure are dynamic and can change. Web EIPs provide static IP addresses that remain constant to enable reliable communication with services that use IP allowlisting or require consistent source addresses.
