How do I get data about asset views and downloads from portals?
You can gather insights data about asset views and downloads from the reports created in the Insights app. Reports also include assets in collections embedded within portals.
Exporting reports provides more detailed information for data analysis.
To view the total number of views for a specific portal, use the Portals app to display the number of times the portal was viewed within a selected date range.
The Portals app does not include individual asset view counts.
