Reports allow you to gather and export data about your assets from the Insights app. They are connected to a powerful data pipeline, which is fed from events that occur in your site. You’ll see detailed information about how others are interacting with assets and can use that knowledge for quarterly or yearly reporting.
To find reports, go to the app picker and select
Insights. From there, you can view and
create reports.
Permissions
To view, create, edit, and export reports in the Insights app, users must have these permissions:

Access Insights: view reports.

Administrate Insights Dashboards: create and edit reports.

Export Analytics Reports: export reports.
