If you purchase the Acquia Syndicate tool, you work with an implementation team to map your product fields and data to trading partners in the syndication tool. This process applies whether you syndicate from Entries or directly from DAM. However, you may need to periodically update the mapping.

Update mapping

On the main page for a trading partner, select the Field Mapping tab. Here you can make updates to fields, including edit, delete, reorder, and more.

• To edit which fields map to ones in the trading partner, select the Unlock editing icon and edit the field directly.

• To change the order of the fields in the data export, select the up or down arrow.

Add functions

You can also control the function or format for an attribute when mapped to a trading partner. For example, you can choose to automatically transform all words in the value to uppercase for a specific trading partner.

In the function column, select Edit and choose a function from the list.
