Acquia DAM (Widen) supports displaying the interface in multiple languages. You can switch the display language of the DAM user interface to French (European), German, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese (European). This feature translates the static text of the interface, such as navigation labels, buttons, and system messages, into your selected language.

Acquia DAM (Widen) determines the display language in two ways:
By default, Acquia DAM (Widen) reads your browser's preferred language setting. If your browser language matches one of the five supported languages, the interface displays in that language automatically. No additional configuration is required.
You can also select a language manually by using the language selection dropdown. To change the display language:
The interface updates to display static text in the selected language.
