Animated GIFs can be uploaded to and downloaded from Acquia DAM. Previews for animated GIFs will only retain animation in the following scenarios:

• Asset Details pages

• Legacy search experience (using Quick View)

• Share links and embed codes

Previews for animated GIF assets won't retain animation in:

• Portals

• Asset Digest

• New Search Experience

• Dashboard Messages
