After you download assets, the order will process, and the order pickup page will display. On the page, click Download All to receive a ZIP file of the assets or click Download Metadata to receive an export of metadata in a CSV or TXT file for the ordered assets. You can also download assets individually from the page.
Intended use
When you download assets from the order pickup page, you may be required to select an intended use. If you're not logged into the Acquia DAM, you may be required to enter your email address and select the intended use for the downloaded assets.
New order pickup page (redesigned search experience)
If you placed a bulk download order from the new search experience or asset digest, the redesigned order pickup page displays.
While processing
The page displays a processing status for your order. Depending on the number of assets and conversions, processing may take some time.
When ready
Download all: Downloads a single zip file containing all assets from your order. The zip file is organized into folders by format. Each format has its own folder containing all applicable assets.
Download individual files: You can download specific files one at a time if you do not need the full order.
In the legacy experience, the zip file was generated after clicking download. In the new experience, the zip file is pre-generated and available for immediate download.
Finding your order later
If you navigate away from the pickup page, you can find your order from the Orders / Shares page in the Activity menu. You will also receive an email notification with a direct link when your order finishes processing.
Note
The legacy order pickup page is still available for orders placed through the legacy bulk download experience. Both pages coexist during the transition period.
