Projects display in Workflow for anyone with an active role in them or in deliverables within projects, or if you're in a workgroup that has visibility into a project. If a project doesn't display, you haven’t been designated as a proof provider or reviewer, or you aren't included in a workgroup that will review the project.

You need certain permissions in Workflow for projects and deliverables.
