Introduction

This article provides instructions on how to use the Content with QA errors functionality within the Quality Assurance feature to locate and handle website content errors.

Navigation

This section provides instructions on how to navigate to the Quality Assurance feature.

1. Navigate to your domain.

2. Click Quality Assurance (the checkbox icon), on the window toolbar.

   

   The system opens the Quality Assurance dashboard.

   

Instructions

This section provides instructions on how to use the Content with QA Errors feature to find and repair quality assurance issues.

1. Click Content with QA Errors from the menu on the left.

   

   The system opens the Content with QA Errors page.​

   
2. On the menu bar above the results list, use the buttons to navigate between:
   • All
   • Pages
   • PDF Documents (if included in your subscription)
   • Other Documents
3. In line with the navigation filters, find also the options to:
   • Search: Click in the dialog box and type a search parameter.
   • Filter (the funnel icon). Click to filter for:
     • Labels
     • Languages
     • Contains
4. The list displays the contents of the website where quality assurance errors are found by the scan. On the same row as each error, the following information is provided:
   • Title and URL: This is the title and URL of the content that has been targeted with errors. Click the URL. The system opens the Broken Links page.
   • Notifications: Here you see the number of notifications per page.

     • Click the number to for more information about the notifications for the URL.

       
     • ​Broken links: Provides information about the number of broken links found. Click on the number to navigate to the errors page.

     • Broken images: Provides information about the number of broken images found. Click on the number to navigate to the errors page.

     • Misspellings: Provides information about the number of misspelled words that the Spellcheck found. Click on the number to navigate to the errors page.

   • Priority: Low, Medium, High as determined by the number of page views. For more information, visit Issue priority.
5. From the menu on the left, navigate between:

   • Broken Links (landing page default): This page shows the full address of the broken link.

   • Broken Images: This page displays the location of broken images.

   • Misspellings: This page shows the list of misspelled words, as found by the spellcheck.

   • Potential Misspellings: This page shows the list of potentially misspelled words. These should be reviewed manually, as the scan could not determine if the words are actual misspellings.
