Campaign Studio provides tags to help you label contacts with keywords and phrases so that you can organize contacts with similar qualities. You can apply multiple tags to a single contact. After you create tags, you can reuse them across contacts and leverage them to perform multiple actions in Campaign Studio.
Tags page¶
The Tags page is the main interface to create and manage tags in Campaign Studio. However, you can also create tags by editing a contact. The Tags page lists all the tags created in Campaign Studio, irrespective of the method used for creating them.
The Tags page contains the following information:
Column | Description |
---|---|
NAME | Displays the tag name that you provide while creating it. |
# CONTACTS | Displays the number of contacts and a link to view the list of contacts the tag is applied to. To view the list of contacts for a specific tag, click View # Contact. |
ID | Displays the ID of the tag indicating the position at which the tag is created in Campaign Studio. For example, an ID of 4 indicates that it is the fourth tag that is created in Campaign Studio. |
