Integration and Data Collection

Integration and Data Collection is the process of combining data from different sources and creating a unified view of the entire data. For example:

  • Data Integration involves the process of extracting information about customers from different accounts, such as your website, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, social media, online purchases, and in-store transactions.
  • Data Collection involves the process of combining the extracted information to create a single interface for reporting and analysis. 

The purpose of this is to get a complete picture of each customer's interactions with your business. It helps you understand their behaviors, preferences, and needs.

Component Description
Integration ManagementFacilitates the management, monitoring, and creation of connectors and integrations.
API IntegrationExplains the API authentication mechanism process, API policy, user roles, and access.
Standard ConnectorsFacilitates the monitoring and creation of standard connectors.
Data MappingProvides a standard set of flat-file feeds to define how to send relevant data to CDP. These feeds support all the use cases that are available with CDP.
Data ExportExports cleansed, processed and enriched data across all entities in CDP through cloud data storage and snowflake data share.
