This structure supports data tracking and integration into applications such as Campaigns+, Metrics, 360 Profile, and Interactive Queries.
The following are the event-driven entities:
Events: Captures records of individual occurrences or actions taken by users and provides a detailed log of user interactions.
Campaign: Stores data related to marketing or promotional campaign and tracks campaign performance and engagement.
Dispatch: Contains information about the delivery or distribution of messages and products to ensure traceability and delivery insights.
Message: Logs and records communications, such as emails or notifications, for a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
