You can select which Elements are available within the Sidebar browser by Drupal user role. For more information about the Sidebar browser, see Using the layout builder.

Important

This feature is useful if you want to restrict site builders from using specific elements. For example, you may not want the Youtube video embed element to be available within the Sidebar browser because the website will not use YouTube for video hosting.
