To create a new website with Site Studio, you must install and enable the Site Studio minimal theme. This theme:

• Removes Drupal's default theme Bartik, which includes layouts and CSS styles you do not need.
• Provides minimal CSS for the search block and login page.
• Includes a number of Drupal regions including the content region.
• Includes Site Studio specific code for using Site Studio.

To install the Site Studio minimal theme and set it as the default:

1. Click Appearance in the admin toolbar.
2. Click Install and set as default next to the Site Studio minimal theme.

Enable the Site Studio minimal theme
