Introduction

This is the Data - Email Addresses dashboard. The scan identifies email addresses and presents them in a single view. This document describes the page and user actions.

Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Insights.
5. Click Site
   Inventory
   .
6. Click Data.
7. Select Email Addresses.

Landing page

This is the dashboard for the Email Addresses list. This page shows all email addresses on the current domain. The page has the following features:

• An Export button
• A Search field.
• Table columns:
  • Email
  • Create as policy
  • Number of documents
  • Number of pages

User actions

• Export: Click Export (a download icon) above the results list. For more information, read How to do an Export.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Table actions: 
  • Create as policy: Click the button to create an email policy. For instructions, read:
    • How to create AI-assisted policies
    • How to create custom policies
    • How to add pre-made policies
  • Number of documents: Click the number of documents on any row to view the documents that contain the email address.
    • User actions on the page: 
      • Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Number of pages: Click the number of pages on any row to view the pages that contain the email address.
  • User actions on the page:
    • Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
    • Title and URL: Click the link to view the page.
    • : Click the arrows to sort ascending or descending. This column show the number of views the page has received in the past 30 days.
