Introduction
The Data Privacy
Checklist provides information about data privacy checks that are done by the scan. This document provides instructions on how to navigate to the page and a description of the page elements.
Navigation
To navigate directly to the Checklist view, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Web Governance account.
- Select the domain that you want to work with.
- Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
- Click Content Quality to expand the menu.
- Click Data Privacy.
- Select Checklist.
Landing page
The dashboard contains these features:
- Tabs:
- An Export button
- A Filter button
- A Search field
- Table columns
- Type: An icon with a tooltip on hover describes the type of issue, such as Banking data, General personal data, Sensitive personal data, and so on.
- Check name: The name of the check that the system flagged as an issue.
- Help Center: A graduation cap icon.
- Country: The country where the data privacy issue is a violation.
- Compliance: The percentage of compliance that the page meets with this violation.
- Pages: The number of pages that contain this violation.
- Severity: The level of severity for this violation.
User actions
- Tabs: Click a tab to filter the results list.
- Export: Click the Export button above the results list. For instructions, read How to do an export.
- Filter: Click and select an option:
- Data Regulations
- Issue type
- Country
- Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
- Table actions
- Type: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. Hover on the icon to find out what type of issue it is, such as Banking data, General personal data, Sensitive personal data, and so on.
- Check name: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
- Help Center: Click the graduation cap icon for more information about the issue.
- Country: View the country where the data privacy issue is a violation.
- Compliance: View the percentage of compliance that the page meets with this violation.
- Pages: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
- Severity: View the issue severity.
- Low: One blue dot
- Medium: Two yellow dots
- High: Three red dots
