Introduction
The Data Privacy
Issues by Page view provides information about confirmed data privacy issues, organized by the page of your domain where they occur. This document provides instructions on how to navigate to the page and a description of the page elements.
Navigation
To navigate directly to the Data Privacy view, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Web Governance account.
- Select the domain that you want to work with.
- Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
- Click Content Quality to expand the menu.
- Click Data Privacy.
- Select Issues by Page.
Landing page
The dashboard contains these features:
- Tabs:
- All
- Pages
- PDF Documents
- Other Documents
- An Export button
- A Filter button
- A Search field
- Table columns
- Title and URL
- Notifications: The number of data privacy notifications on the page
- Views: The number of views on the page in the past 30 days.
- Row buttons:
- Open Page Details button
- Inspect page with browser extension button
User actions
- Tabs: Click a tab to filter the results list.
- Export: Click the Export button above the results list. For instructions, read How to do an export.
- Filter: Click and select an option:
- Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
- Table actions
- Title and URL: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. Click the link to navigate to the page view. Click the icon to navigate to the URL.
- Notifications: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
- Views: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
- Row buttons:
- Open Page Details: Click to navigate to the page view.
- Inspect with Web Browser Extension: Click to navigate to the Web Governance Browser Extension. For instructions, read How to use the browser extension.
