Introduction

This document provides information about the reports that are available for Web Governance

The available reports for the Data Privacy module are:

• Data Protection Summary Report.

Navigation

This section gives instructions on how to navigate to the report center and how to view and receive reports.

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Click Reports on the main menu bar.
3. Locate the Data Privacy section.
   There is one report for this module: Data Privacy Summary.
4. Click Open Report. 
5. Click to select the domain.
6. Click Save. The system generates the report.
7. View the report:
   • Click Open received reports on the dialog box
   • Alternativesly, view it on the Received reports section on the Reports landing page.

Data Privacy Summary report

The report has these fields:

• Language selector: Click to select a language for the report.
• Print button: Click to open the print dialog.
• Open in Acquia Web Governance button: Click to open the report in Web Governance.
• Report information:
  • Domain: The domain that is scanned.
  • Date scanned: The date of the scan that this report is based on.
  • Date created: The date the report was generated.
• Compliance status: The percentage of compliance for the domain.
• Search field: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Check: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. This field displays the name of failing checks.
• Country: The country that the website is based in.
• Severity: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. This field provides an indication of the severity of the failing check.
• Pages: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. This field shows the number of pages where this failing check is found.
