Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Insights.
5. Click Site Inventory.
6. Click Technical.
7. Select Forms.

Landing page

This is the dashboard for the Forms list. This page shows all forms on the current domain. The page has these features:

• An Export button
• A Search field
• Table tabs
  • Internal
  • External

User actions

• Export: Click Export (a download icon) above the results list. For more information, read How to do an export.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Table tabs: Select a tab to filter the results for:
  • Internal
  • External
• Table columns:
  • URL: Click the link to navigate to the URL.
  • Pages: Click the number to navigate to the Pages with this form view.

You can do these actions on this page:

• Click the link under the page title to navigate to the URL.
• Export: Click Export (a download icon) above the results list. For more information, read How to do an export.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Table columns:
  • Title and URL: Click the link to navigate to the Page Details view.
  • Views: The number of view the page has received in the past 30 days. Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
  • Open page details: Click the icon to navigate to the page view for the page where the issue occurs.
