A. Yes, Web Governance supports the use of Basic-auth and Office 365 for login.

In order to prevent leaking user credentials, Basic Authentication is only used on domains that are defined in the host’s field.

With Office 365, if your login process includes a remember me step that needs to be filled in after users enter the username and password, this should be enabled.
