Yes. In Acquia Web Governance there are several ways to export accessibility reports and data. This article outlines the available methods, their limitations, and recommendations on how to handle large-scale data exports.
Acquia Web Governance offers three ways to export accessibility reports and data:
Each method is suited to different use cases, as detailed in the following sections.
Report Center exports are domain-specific. This means that you can only export reports for one domain at a time. Each export reflects the most recent scan for that domain unless you have previously scheduled recurring reports to be delivered through email. It is not possible to export a single consolidated report that includes all domains in your account.
The Report Center also allows you to set up report sceduling, to have reports generated and sent directly to your email after each scheduled scan.
Use the History Center to export historical accessibility scan data across individual domains, or use the Compound Export function to export historical information for all domains within a selected time frame. The exported data is provided in raw CSV format, and matches the data shown in the History Center table for your chosen time frame and modules. These exports do not include graphs or visualizations.
For large, account-level exports or data retrieval across many domains, use the Web Governance API. The API is self-service and provides endpoints designed to handle bulk data.
Setup, configuration, and custom troubleshooting for the API are not supported by the Web Governance team.
