Introduction

A label is a tag that you can add to any page or issue. Labels can be fully customized, and you can input any text. Additionally, you can use labels to tag people on issues, tag pages that have certain characteristics, tag issues with a ticket number in Jira, and so on. It is also possible to filter pages/issues based on labels.

This article provides instructions on how to add labels.

Note

Only Admin users can manage labels and apply labels to the Domain Overview page. For Admin instructions, visit Create, manage, and apply labels.

Apply custom labels

This section provides instructions on how to apply a custom label to a URL or page listing.

From the page listing, hover on a row and click the label icon on the same row as the link.

The system expands the list to show existing labels.
Search: Click in the search box to search for an existing label if needed.
Select a label from the list.

Remove labels

This section provides instructions on how to remove all or some labels from a selected row.

Note

Only Admin users can add or remove labels on the Domain Overview page.

From the URL or page listing in any module, hover on a row and click the label icon on the same row as the link.

The list expands to show existing labels.
Clear all Labels: Select Clear All Labels to remove all applied labels from the selected row.
A checkmark identifies labels that are currently in use for the row selected.
Clear an individual Label: Click in the box to remove the checkmark and deselect the label.
