Introduction

 AI-Assisted

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Click Global Policies on the top menu bar.
3. Use the tabs at the top of the page to select Policy Assistant or click Add Policy with AI.
4. Click Agree to agree to the AI user guidelines.
5. Use one of the AI suggestions, or enter a free-text phrase in the Message field. Describe what you want to accomplish with the policy.
6. The assistant will provide guidance and feedback, continue to discuss with the assistant until you have reached agreement on the new policy.
7. When the assistant has all of the information it needs, it creates a custom policy. click View Policy to inspect the rules.
8. Make any final adjustments manually.
9. Click Save.

Content Quality Content Policies navigation

Alternatively, you can reach AI policies through the Content Quality navigation:

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Content Quality.
5. Click Content Policies.
6. Select Policies list: For a view of all policies
7. Click Global Policy List.
8. Click Add Policy with AI.
9. Click Agree to agree to the AI user guidelines.
10. Use one of the AI suggestions, or enter a free-text phrase in the Message field. Describe what you want to accomplish with the policy.
11. The assistant will provide guidance and feedback, continue to discuss with the assistant until you have reached agreement on the new policy.
12. When the assistant has all of the information it needs, it creates a custom policy. click View Policy to inspect the rules.
13. Make any final adjustments manually.
14. Click Save.
