This section provides instructions on how to navigate to the Fast Track module.
Click Accessibility (icon of a human with arms outstretched) or Data Privacy (lock icon) on the dashboard toolbar. The Accessibility dashboard opens.
Note
The Accessibility landing page displays the selected level of compliance and the WCAG compliance for all of the lower levels. For example, if WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is selected, the scan results also display the WCAG 2.1 A compliance results.
Alternatively, click the section header header in the Overview section of the dashboard.
Fast Track for entire domain
This section provides information on how to navigate and edit accessibility issues with Fast Track. Use this method to correct accessibility errors on all pages within a domain.
From the menu on the left side of the Accessibility landing page, select Fast Track.
The Accessibility Fast Track pane opens.
Select an issue on the left side and view details about it on the right side.
The page is divided into two sections.
The left side of the page:
Search: Click in the dialog box and begin to type a search parameter.
HTML snippet affecting compliance level: This section shows the HTML snippet that affects the website page compliance.
Effect on compliance: This column shows the percentage of effect that his issue has on the overall page compliance level.
Highlight a row to see details about the error on the right side of the page.
The right side of the page:
Effect on Overall Compliance level:
Effect on overall compliance level, shown in percentage. This is calculated: For example, if your current accessibility score is 90%, then 10% improvement is needed to get to 100% compliance.
If the effect on your compliance score for a line of code on Fast Track says 5%, then effect of the changes will be 5% of that remaining 10%. Therefore your overall score will go up by 0.5%.
Affected pages: number of pages that this error occurs on.
Failing checks: The number of checks that this error is failing.
Snippet: This section shows the full HTML snippet.
Check: Lists the check(s) that fail.
Pages failing check
Click the number on the same row as an issue, on the pane on the right, to continue to the page view and more options to handle issues.
The Pages Failing Check pane opens.
The pane contains a list view of all scanned pages that have any flagged accessibility checks.
Title and URL: Page Title and URL address for all of the pages where the error occurs.
Views: This number shows the number of views that the page has received.
Each row has the following buttons:
Open page details (the page icon): Click to view the page dashboard.
The Accessibility Compliance pageopens.
Depending upon the level of compliance that is selected, the following information is displayed:
The issues list: on the left side of the pane. Select an issue to view the details about the issue (on the right side of the page) and some suggestions on how to fix it.
Fix the issue from the right side of the page with the following buttons:
Review All Issues: Click to approve all issues and mark them as Reviewed. A dialog box opens. Enter a reason and then click OK. The dialog closes.
IgnoreCheck: Use this option:
If the issue is incorrectly marked as broken.
To ignore issues on a single-page basis.
To ignore all other issues on a domain level.
Mark as fixed: Use this option when the issue is fixed on the website. Items that are marked as fixed are included in future scans.
Note
The difference between Mark as Fixed and Ignore Check is that issues marked as Fixed are still included in future scans and can be flagged again if the error persists. Issues that are set to are permanently omitted from future scans and compliance scores.
Fast Track for single page
Use this method to correct accessibility or data privacy errors on a single page.
From any module, on the same row as a page with errors, click OpenPage Details (a page icon).
The page Dashboard opens.
Click Accessibility on the pane menu bar. The Accessibility pane opens for the selected page.
Click FastTrack (a road icon) on the left menu bar.
The FastTrack pane opens for the issue.
Click to highlight an issue. The pane on the right updates to show details about the issue.
Mark all as reviewed/ignored: Click to mark all errors on the page as reviewed or ignored.
Effect on overall compliance level: This figure shows the percentage of overall compliance issues that this snippet is responsible for. For example, if your current accessibility score is 90%, then 10% improvement is needed to get to 100% compliance.
If the effect on your compliance score for a line of code on Fast Track says 5%, then the effect of the changes will be 5% of that remaining 10%. Therefore your overall score will go up by 0.5%.
Affected pages: This donut chart displays the number of pages that are affected by the snippet.

Action: Click Action on the same row as an issue and select Review to mark this issue as reviewed.

Title and URL: Page Title and URL address for all of the pages where the error occurs.
Label: Add or view labels for this page. For more information, visit Create and apply labels.
Priority: This column displays the level of priority that the page has. High, Medium, or Low. For more information, visit Issue priority.
Views: The number of views that the page has.

Click Data Privacy (the lock icon), on the domain toolbar.
Select Fast Track from the menu on the left side of thepage.
The page gives the following information:
HTML snippet affecting compliance level: This section is on the left side of the window and contains a list of the HTML snippets that affect the compliance level of the webpage. Click the name of the HTML snippet to open the Details sections for that snippet.
Effect on overall compliance level: This section shows the percentage of overall compliance level that this error causes, as well as the number of affected pages and the number of checks that fail.
Snippet: This section is on the right side of the page and shows the name of the HTML snippet.
Check: This section shows the checks that fail, a link to the Help Center, the number of affected pages, the severity of the issue, and an Action button for review of the issue.
Click Action and select Review.
A dialog box asks for a reason for the review. Enter the reason that the issue is approved and then click OK to close the dialog.
The issue is gone from the list. To view items placed in review, check the audit log.
