Introduction

This page lists the misspellings that have been previously ignored. The scan does not consider words in this list.

Navigation

To navigate directly to the Ignored Misspellings view, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Content Quality to expand the menu.
5. Click Misspellings.
6. Select Ignored Misspellings.

Landing page

The dashboard contains a chart that lists the pages where ignored misspellings occur.

This section describes the Ignored Misspellings landing page and options.

• Tabs
  • All
  • Language
• Export button
• Search field
• Table columns:
  • Word: The ignored misspelling
  • Language: The language of the surrounding text
  • Ignored date: The date the word was ignored
  • Ignored by: The username of the account that ignored the word
  • Remove from ignored link

User actions

You can do the following actions on this page:

• Tabs: Select a tab to filter by the type of ignored misspelling
  • All: Select this option to filter the list to view all ignored misspellings
  • Languages: Select a language option to filter the list for all ignored misspellings found for that language. 
• Export: For more information, read How to do an export.
• Search: Type search strings into the search text box to locate specific misspelled words.
• Row actions
  • Updated: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
  • Unignore Misspelling: Click this option to remove the misspelling from the ignored list and return it to the misspellings or potential misspellings list.
