Introduction

This is the Images landing page. This document describes the page and user actions.

Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Insights.
5. Click Site
   Inventory
   .
6. Click Content.
7. Select Images.

Landing page

This is the dashboard for the Images list. This page shows all images on the current domain. The page has the following features:

• Tabs: Tabs that sort the list for a specific source type:
  • Internal
  • External
• Export: An export icon that allows you to do an export of the data.
• Search: A free-text search field to help you locate a specific domain.
• Table columns:
  • URL: The URL for the HTML page.
  • Open metadata view: The i icon.
  • Pages: Navigates to the Pages with this image page. 
    • The page has this information:
      • Link
      • Export
      • Search
      • Table:
        • Title and URL
        • Views: This column displays the visit count for the page. 
        • Open page details: For more information,read Page Details view.

User actions

• Tabs: Select a tab to sort the list for a specific source type: 
  • Internal
  • External
• Export: Click the Export icon to do an export of the data. For more information, read How to do an export.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Table actions:
  • URL: Click the link to navigate to the HTML page.
  • Open metadata view: Click the i icon for the image metadata. The following information is displayed:
    • Image link
    • Image preview
    • Image metadata
      • Metadata property
      • Content
  • Pages: Click to navigate to the Pages with this image page. You can do these actions:
    • Click the link to view the broken image.
    • Export: Click the Export icon to do an export of the data.
    • Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.

Images
