Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Insights.
5. Click Site Inventory.
6. Click Content.
7. Select Links.

Landing page

This is the dashboard for the Links list. This page shows all links on the current domain. The page has these features:

• Export
• Table columns
  • Type
  • Total

User actions

• Export: Click Export (a download icon) above the results list. For more information, read How to do an export.

  • Type: Click a type of link for more information:

Select this row to navigate to the Page Links view. The page has the following:

• Tabs: Select a tab to sort the results for Internal or External links.
• Export: Click Export (a download icon) above the results list. For more information, read How to do an export.

  • URL: Click the link to navigate to the URL.
  • Number of documents: Click to navigate to the Documents with this link page. The page has the following:
