This document provides instructions on how to log in to your Acquia Web Governance account.

Where to locate the initial login information¶

New customers can refer to the Welcome email for the login link and password.

Logging in with Acquia ID¶

Prerequisites: You must have an existing account with Web Governance and a valid Acquia ID with the same email address.

1. On the login page, click Login with Acquia ID.

2. Enter your credentials and click Sign In. 

   The system displays the Domain Overview landing page.

IMPORTANT

When you are logged in to the Web Governance platform with Acquia ID, if you log out of the Web Governance platform, the system also logs you out of the Acquia ID platform.

Logging in with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)¶

To log in with 2FA, follow the instructions on the display:

1. Enter the email and password.
2. Click Log In.

The system displays the Two-Factor Authentication page.

3. Click Next.
4. Open the Authenticator app on another device and enter the code shown under the logo.
