The Readability feature is included in every subscription. The Readability score within the QA feature is optional. 

This document provides instructions for admin users on how to set up Readability.

Setup

This section provides instructions for admin users on how to turn on and configure the Readability score.

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Click Action.
4. Select Edit domain.

5. Click the Features tab at the top of the page to navigate to that section and locate the Readability options.

   
6. Readability: Click in the Readability field and select the type of readability test to scan for from the list of options.
   • Flesch Kincaid Readability test (English text)
   • LIX Readability test (non-English text)
7. Minimum words: Click in the Minimum words field and enter the minimum number of words that a page should contain for the Readability test to begin to assess the difficulty.
