Introduction

Scan History shows the change in issue counts and compliance scores for your domains and modules over time. This document describes the Scan History page and user actions.

Setup

Scan History is included in all packages. No setup is required.

Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Insights.
5. Click Scan History.

Landing page

The Scan History landing page contains these features:

• A Compound Export button
• A filter menu:
  • All modules - Content with Issues
  • SEO Issues
  • Content Quality
  • Content Policies
  • Accessibility
  • Readability
  • Data Privacy
  • Performance Scans
• The current date range and date picker
• An Export button
• A Print view button
• An informational header with the following information:
  • Total amount of content
  • Content with issues
  • Total number of issues
• A graph that shows the number of pages affected by the various issues for the selected time period.

User actions

You can do these actions on the Scan History landing page:

• Click Compound Export. For instructions, read How to do an export.
• Click the filter dropdown for the following options:.
  • All modules - Content with Issues
  • SEO Issues
  • Content Quality
  • Content Policies
  • Accessibility
  • Readability
  • Data Privacy
  • Performance Scans
• Click the calendar icon and select the date range.
• Click Export. For instructions, read How to do an export.
• Click Print view and select the format for a print version of the page.
• View the informational section for the following information:
  • Total amount of content
  • Content with issues
  • Total number of issues
• Hover on the graph for information about  the number of pages with each type of issue for the selected time period.
