Introduction¶
This document provides instructions on how to set up and use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Acquia Web Governance.
Setting up 2FA¶
This section provides instructions on how to enable 2FA for your Web Governance user account.
Click the user icon, usually your initials, on the right side of the main menu bar.
The system expands the list of options.
Select Edit my profile.
The system displays the My Profile page.
- Locate the Two-Factor Authentication option.
Click Setup.
The system displays the QR code page.
Scan the QR code with the authentication app on another device.
The system sends a 6-digit code to the device.
- Enter the code in the space provided.
- Click Submit.
Logging in with 2FA¶
To log in with 2FA, follow the instructions on the display:
- Enter the email and password.
Click Log In.
The system displays the Two-Factor Authentication page.
- Click Next.
- Open the Authenticator app on another device and enter the code shown under the logo.
