max_allowed_packet MySQL setting on the Pipelines container was increased to 100 MB.

- Change The Acquia Cloud interface now supports environment variables with values up to 5000 characters in length.
- Change Improved help text on the legacy SSL installation page in the Acquia Cloud interface.
- Fix In certain circumstances, emails from the Acquia Cloud interface failed to send.
- Fix Drush aliases downloaded from the Acquia Cloud interface contained an invalid link in the included README file.
- Fix When selecting Sumologic as a log forwarding destination, the Acquia Cloud interface required a private key.
- Fix The private key for Sumologic log forwarding destinations was not properly validated.
- Fix The Acquia Cloud interface sometimes failed to display the version of Node.js running on an environment.
- Change Pipelines now supports PHP 7.2.
