Turn off Virtual Private Network (VPN)              
VPNs can impact site performance by blocking certain sites from loading or performing as expected. Typically, you can turn off VPN by going to your computer's settings or system preferences.

 

Completing these steps can often solve issues like: 

  • Pages or sections not loading

  • Buttons not displaying or working correctly 

  • Dashboard messages not loading

  • Failing or erring uploads

  • Odd characters in metadata fields

  • Comments not working in the Workflow app

  • Site logo not appearing
