CDP customers may need to connect to a public IP address in some situations:
Email service providers require IP addresses to be allowlisted before Acquia can send data to them.
A public IP address is required by our customers so that they can allow data to be sent to Acquia’s SFTP.
A public IP address is required to allow CDP exports from campaigns to reach their SFTP or servers.
