The native Pinterest connector is an outbound connector that integrates Pinterest with Customer Data Platform (CDP). Limitations¶
- CDP profiles begin syncing to Pinterest upon creating any connections. The custom audience in Pinterest may take up to 48 hours to populate with actually identified users..
- Errors in email addresses, country codes, or phone numbers in your data may cause audience reduction and lead to a smaller audience size.
- A new connector must be created for each Pinterest Ads Account ID.
- An existing connector must be deleted to completely disconnect an account.
