Introduction

The Jira Connector allows users to create Jira tickets for Accessibility issues and assign them to specific team members for remediation.

This document provides instructions for admin users on how to configure the Acquia Web Governance Jira connector.

Instructions

• Click Admin Settings (gear icon) on the main menu bar.

  

  The system opens the Admin dashboard.

• Select Integrations from the menu on the left.

• Click Jira Connector from the list of expanded options.

  The system opens the Jira Connector setup page.

  
• Configure the integration with information about your Jira instance:
  • Configure the Jira base URL.
  • Configure the integration email.
  • Configure the API token. For instructions, visit Manage API tokens for your Atlassian account.
  • Assign the default project and issue type for each site or workspace.
  • Map the severity and priority. For more information, visit Defining priority field values.
  • Create and assign default labels.
  • Allowlist the IP address if you have restrictions on inbound traffic. Remember to document the required egress IP addresses.
