Introduction

This document describes the

Navigation

1. Log in to your Web Governance account.
2. Select the domain that you want to work with.
3. Expand the left menu bar if the options are not visible.
4. Click Content Quality to expand the menu.
5. Click Content Policies to expand the sub-menu.
6. Select Policies List.

Landing page

This is the dashboard for the content policies list. This page provides a list of all policies on the current domain. The page has the following features:

• Global Policy List: View all policies for all domains in your organization.
• Add new policy button.
• Tabs: Filter the results for:
  • All
  • Unwanted
  • Required
  • Matches
• Export button.
• Filter button. Click to filter for:
  • Labels
  • Scheduled
• Search field.
• Table columns:
  • Title
  • Labels
  • Actions
  • Compliance: Shows the percentage of compliance that this policy affects on the current domain.
  • Policy Hits: The number of times this policy matches with items on this domain.

User actions

This section provides instructions on how to do the available actions on this page.

• Global Policy List: Click to view all policies for all domains in your organization. For more information, read Global Policies.
• Add new policy: Click to add a new policy to this domain.
• Tabs: Filter the results and select an option:
  • All: All policies applied to the current domain
  • Unwanted: All unwanted policies applied to the current domain
  • Required: All required policies applied to the current domain
  • Matches: All matches for policies applied on the current domain
• Export: Click to select a file to export. For instructions, read How to do an export.
• Filter: Click the filter icon to filter for:
  • Edit labels: Click in the labels area to manage labels for the selected page. For more information, read Create, manage, and apply labels. 
  • Scheduled: View policies scheduled to run on the current domain.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Table columns:
  • Title: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending.
  • Labels: View and add labels to the current domain. For instructions, read .

Content with Policy Matches

• Export: Click to select a file to export. For instructions, read How to do an export.
• Filter: Click the filter icon to filter for:
  • Labels
  • Scheduled: View policies scheduled to run on the current domain.
• Search: Type a search string into the search text box to locate a specific page title or URL.
• Tabs: Select a tab to filter the results:
  • All
  • HTML Pages
  • PDFs
  • Documents
• Table columns:
  • Title and URL: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. Click the link to navigate to the page details view.
  • Edit labels: Click in the labels area to manage labels for the selected page. For more information, read Create, manage, and apply labels. 
  • Unwanted: The number of matching unwanted policies.
  • Required: The number of matching required policies.
  • Matches: The number of policy matches.
  • Priority: Click the arrow to sort the column ascending or descending. View the priority level for policies on the page: Low, Medium, or High.
