The Cloud Platform interface provides a set of tools that you can use to manage your Cloud Platform applications. These tools are available by signing in to the Cloud Platform user interface.
The sign-in experience of Cloud Platform is governed through Acquia ID. Acquia ID is Acquia's identity management solution built by leveraging technology from an industry-leading identity provider. Acquia Source enables direct access to Cloud Platform, providing a single interface to access Cloud Platform.
Acquia Source brings all products of Acquia and Acquia AI into a single place. Cloud platform is integrated into Acquia Source as an embedded experience. You can access all capabilities of Acquia Cloud platform, such as environment management, code deployments, database operations, and domain configuration, from the Acquia Source navigation. This integration is available for Acquia Cloud Enterprise (ACE) and Acquia Cloud Multi-Experience Operations (MEO) subscriptions.
After an organization has an active Cloud Platform entitlement, Cloud Platform sections open in Acquia Source navigation under Cloud
Cloud Platform is accessible from the main navigation in the Acquia Source.
On the Acquia Cloud Platform card, select Launch
In the main left-hand sidebar, select Cloud
From the sub-menu, you can select Develop or Manage.
Codebases: Displays all codebases across organizations, along with associated site and environment counts
Applications: Displays individual application cards, active environments, tags, and options to manage or add applications
Manage: The Manage menu displays the following options
Team Management: Displays user roles and contact cards for organization and team administrators in the top section
To switch your organization in Acquia Source, complete the following steps:
The UI updates to reflect the selected organization context.
Acquia Source provides the Switch Organisation feature at a global level. Cloud Platform UI inherits the organization context set in Acquia Source. For more information, refer to Acquia Source User Interface.
Acquia ID enhances security by sending users emails to alert them about multiple failed login attempts and other suspicious activity, while still providing the option to unlock their account if it becomes restricted. For more information about unlocking your account, visit Unlocking account.
Acquia ID provides you the option to reset your password. For more information, visit Resetting password.
The toolbar at the top of the Cloud Platform webpage provides the following options:
Product picker: The Product picker icon displays sign-in links to several Acquia products.

Cloud Platform’s in-product messaging system alerts you to new releases, important warnings, and real-time outage warnings. The radio tower icon alerts you to new release notes, real-time outage alerts on the Acquia Status page, or important product notifications. Click the radio tower icon to display the alerts, as shown in the following example:
The in-product messaging system displays any status.acquia.com updates and release notes for Cloud Platform. In addition, it displays the following:
Roles: Manages access controls in your organization by providing default permissions alongside customizable options for specific business needs
Subscriptions: Provides instructions to access and manage Cloud Platform subscriptions for your organization
