The Projects feature offers a centralized workspace for managing entities that are related to a specific project. For example, email, segment, and campaign entities. This ensures that all project components are organized and easily accessible.
Entities of the following types can be associated with a project:
Click Save & Close.
Campaign Studio creates the new project.
In the left navigation pane, click the entity type.
For example, click Emails.
In the Projects field, enter a name for the project and press Enter.
Campaign Studio creates a new project on the Projects list page.
Select the entity you want to add.
Campaign Studio displays the Add Entities to Project dialog box.
Click Add.
Select which entity type you want to add from the provided options.
In the header of the entity container, click Add new to project.
The system displays the Add new to project dialog box.
In the left navigation pane, click the entity type.
For example, click Emails.
The Projects details page provides information about a project.
To access this page, do the following:
On the Projects list page, select the project that you want to view or manage.
This page contains the following information:
The following table provides information about each entity:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name | Displays the project name that you provide while creating it. |
Date created | Displays the date when the entity was created. |
Modified date | Displays the date when the entity was last modified. |
Created by | Displays the name of the user who created the entity. |
ID | Displays the ID of the entity that indicates the position where the entity is created for that entity type in Campaign Studio. For example, an ID of 4 represents the fourth entity created for that entity type. |
To remove an entity from a project:
For entity types that support projects, you can search for the project name to filter all the entities that are associated with the project.
For example, to search for all emails that are associated with a project, do the following:
project:"Project Name"
. Replace Project Name
with the name of the project for which you want to search.
Campaign Studio displays the result for all emails associated with the project.
If the project name does not contain any spaces, you do not need to use the “
marks.
