Create and add an accessibility statement

This document gives instructions for admin users on how to add a custom Accessibility Statement to your website.

  1. Click Settings (the gear icon) at the top of the Domain Overview page. The Admin Settings page opens.

  2. Click Action on the same row as a domain to scan.

  3. Select Script Setup Guide in the drop-down list.

  4. Click Add PageAssist script to turn it ON.

  5. Click the link to Open PageAssist script settings. The PageAssist script settings pane opens.
  6. Fill in the information that the prompt requires.

  7. Include Accessibility Statement: Find the Include Accessibility Statement toggle and set it to ON.
  8. The section expands to include a URL field. Enter the URL to the company accessibility statement.
  9. Save the settings and copy/paste the code into the website HTML body.
