Monitor how visitors interact with your pages. The Acquia Web Governance scan can track up to 1000 heatmaps sessions per page per month. This document provides instructions on how to configure and use Heatmaps to track user activity on selected pages.

This section provides instructions for admin users on how to assign pages to track with a heatmap.
Select Heatmaps (the flame icon) on the main menu bar.
The system opens the Heatmaps page.
Click the + button on an empty row.
The system opens the page search dialog.
Begin to type the name of the page that you want to track with a heatmap.
The system locates and displays matching pages as you type.
Click Assign Heatmap Rule to the desired page.
The search dialog closes and the page appears on the list. Heatmap tracking begins on the page and you can view the results after the next scan.
