Having a successful DAM site is easier when you're part of a community. Collaborate with other product experts, get support when you need it, and share ideas to advance the DAM strategy at your organization.
Discussion forum¶
Ask a question about a topic, process, or feature, and someone from the community can respond in our discussion forum. We recommend searching the forum first to see if your question has been answered.
You will receive a notification when a user interacts with your post. View the notification by clicking the bell icon in the menu. You can also enable email notifications in Settings.
Tagging posts¶
Use the @ symbol to tag a community user. Use tags like "Metadata" or "Portals" so that community members can filter posts by these topics.
Bookmarking posts¶
If you see a post that you’d like to return to, you can bookmark it from the arrow dropdown for future access. To find bookmarked posts, go to the discussion forum and on the side of the page, click My Feed.
If your posts disappear¶
Our moderators are here to keep the community safe and productive. If content in the discussion forum or groups doesn’t follow our ground rules, we will remove it or ask you to edit it. We also may occasionally merge duplicate questions to keep things organized.
Directly connect with other users¶
With the proper permission level, users can access a full community user list and find specific people. When you go to a member’s profile, you can send them a direct message, give them a badge to say thanks, congratulations, or nice work for their support. You can also follow them to regularly see their posts and comments.
