You must have a DAM account and be logged in to your organization's DAM site to access all features available in the Acquia DAM Community. You can visit the community site without logging in, but you won't be able to access things like the discussion forum, product roadmap, and DAM Customer Support.
Step 1: Log in to your DAM.
Step 2: Click the question mark icon in the global menu of your DAM site.
Step 3: Click Acquia DAM Community. You'll be redirected to a page while the system logs you in through single sign-on. Once connected, you'll go to the community homepage. If you are not connected automatically, click the button to try again.
Your Acquia DAM Community permissions are based on your Acquia DAM site permissions. If you can't access particular community features, contact your DAM admin directly.
Here are the community features each role has access to.
Click your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and select Profile. Upload a profile picture and update your profile information. Add some fun facts about yourself in the About Me section.
Under Settings, you can set your language and location, customize your profile visibility, and adjust your email notifications. Note, English is currently the only language offered in the community experience.
Check your notifications by selecting the bell icon at the top of the page. When you have new notifications and messages, the bell will be red. ¶
