December 2024 Release Notes
With this release, Acquia has introduced a new AI Tags section in the Asset info component for image assets. Users can generate AI tags using Amazon Rekognition, which enhances metadata and searchability. AI tags are searchable and clickable. The AI Tags feature provides more efficient management, offers greater control over tag functionality, and is manageable through an admin toggle.
Export product data from Channel Portals¶
Acquia DAM provides the functionality to export product data. With this functionality, you download your product data in CSV or XLSX format directly from Channel Portals. New webhook in the API for asset versions¶
Acquia DAM includes a new webhook through the DAM V2 API. This webhook notifies integrations of new asset versions to facilitate real-time updates and workflow automation. Detailed pages coming soon.
Bug fixes¶

Fixed an issue where "Play" events for some video assets' share/embeds were not being recorded correctly.

Resolved video load recording issues in Portals with navigation arrows.

Improved performance of the pending delete queue, which was not loading for large asset groups.

Corrected PIM import issues with long filenames containing periods.
