How can I integrate my PIM data with Acquia Customer Data Platform?

If you have both Entries (Acquia PIM) and Acquia Customer Data Platform (CDP), you can integrate them so that product information such as product name, product ID, price, and click-through URL get ingested into your CDP instance. Ingesting product information powers things like auto-completion of transactional data and web browsing behaviors, along with auto-populated fields for segmentation. You’ll also be able to generate product recommendations like next-best products and product clustering. 

To get started, contact the Acquia Professional Services team. They will work with you to set up the initial configuration in CDP and ensure product information will be mapped correctly. You can learn more about field mappings within CDP in these support articles. 

Once CDP configuration is complete, use Entries CSV export to export your product information at a frequency of your choosing. This ensures the most up-to-date information is delivered to CDP and to any systems connected to your CDP instance.
