Managing multiple portals might pose challenges for administrators, especially when they need essential information such as ownership and creation dates. A list view is helpful to display these details.
The two options to review portals are:
- Grid view, which is the default and typical view
List view
The list view enables administrators to quickly view numerous portals and key details such as the portal owner, creation date, and update date. This setup ensures effective portal management.
Using the list view¶
To manage portals using the list view:
- Log on to Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Navigate to the Portals application.
- Click the hamburger icon next to the sort search results. The system switches to the list view of portals. The list view includes the following columns:
- Featured image
- Type
- Portal name
- Creator
- Date updated
- Date created
- Status
Actions
- In the Actions column, use the ellipsis menu to perform any of the actions:
- Duplicate
- Share
- Details
- Portal Views
- Delete
